Our annual fundraiser is a win/win, raising money for the HVFD while vendors/participants can clean out their closets and garages and make a few bucks too! Participants (whether you are selling as part of the community tag sale or selling your crafts) keep all sales and proceeds from their table.

VENDOR REGISTRATION & INFORMATION

100% OF YOUR 10 x 10 TABLE SPACE RESERVATION
GOES DIRECTLY TO THE HAWLEYVILLE VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT

  • $25 minimum table space fee (if reserved by 9/10 or $35 if 9/11 or later) suggested donation.
  • Your donation is made directly to the fire department and is tax deductible.
  • 10′ x 10′ table space.
  • Bring your own table and chair(s). You will have a designated space at the HVFD property.
  • Plenty of parking!  HVFD volunteers will be directing traffic.
  • Pop-up shade tents recommended.
  • Set up begins at 8 a.m. on Sunday, 9/11/2016. 9am to 3pm.
  • HVFD will have truck and safety demonstrations.
  • Food and beverages for sale.
  • Pay by cash, check, credit card or PayPal
