Since 1925, Hawleyville Volunteer Fire Company, No. 1, Inc. has been providing volunteer emergency services to the Hawleyville section of Newtown, CT and surrounding communities. Our volunteers provide emergency fire, medical, and rescue services 24/7. In addition to providing emergency services, our members conduct non-emergency fire prevention and education services. Collectively thousand of hours are spent annually by our volunteers to serve others.
