What are your rates?
The cost to rent our venue is $400, with a refundable security deposit.
How do I access the facility?
Upon rental and signing of the rental agreement you will be provided a keyfob that you can use to access the venue and storage closets where chairs and tables are stored.
Non-returned keyfobs are subject to a $25 replacement fee.
What are the rules of the venue?
Smoking is not permitted within the facility, proper receptacles are provided at entrance. Vehicle are not permitted to park in front of the firehouse garage doors, to allow our vehicles to respond to emergencies. Venue must be returned to the condition it was in at the start of the rental, any damages and/or excessively dirt facility will result in forfeiture of the security deposit.
